SUMMARY:Crocheted Beaded Bracelets
DESCRIPTION:In this class\, you will learn to crochet a roll-on beaded bracelet using a single basic crochet stitch\, the slip stitch! You’ll learn the easy “Catherine’s Way” method for starting your bracelet\, create a perfectly finished bracelet with a hidden seam\, and take home a starter “nubbin” to begin your next project. The class will also cover selecting threads and beads\, incorporating simple patterns\, documenting your designs\, and promoting your bracelets for sale. We’ll conclude with a slideshow of patterned bracelets to inspire your creativity. \nSUPPLY LIST \nMaterials:   \n\nOne spool of DMC Perle #8\n\n\nOne split eye beading needle\n\n\nOne tube or strung skein of size  #11 round seed bead (A light color is best for learning)\n\n\nA small pair of small scissors\n\n\nA measuring tape\n\n\nNote pad and paper\n\nThe instructor will provide two size #18 tapestry needles\, crochet hooks for in class use only\, a starter “nubbin” to help start your project\, printed images of how to start your project without the nubbin.

This class aims to create\, with practice\, a simple edging of connected rings and picots. \nMaterials:  Small scissors\, tatting shuttle (MO04)\, and #3 cordonnet thread in plus a color of your choosing. A large-eyed needle is useful for finishing. All supplies are available at Lacis!
